The Council of Europe Common European Framework of Reference for Languages

Dansk version

NetDansk has been developed with a view to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. NetDansk 1 and 2 together cover A1 and A2 so that learners are moving into the B1 level.

This is only possible with the material available because it is taken for granted that the learner comes to Denmark and lives in a Danish language context, at least for a certain period of time. Focus is on the listening and reading comprehension, oral interaction and the intercultural dimension. Even though students are required to write a lot, especially when working with the web version, text production as such is not the primary objective of NetDansk.

The NetDansk material has thus been developed to support learning in a combination of formal learning and a stimulating environment.

Teachers who are not familiar with the Common European Framework, may read more at the Council of Europe web site:

In the same vein we also refer teachers to the European Language Portfolio for Higher Education, developed within the framework of the European Language Council, at http://www.fu-berlin.de/elc/portfolio/index.html.
